Diwali Chocolates
Every bonbon is made by hand in our Dubai atelier. Shells are tempered and polished until they hold a reflection; fillings are layered so a single piece has an opening note and a finish. We work with single-origin cacao, premium Belgian couverture, real saffron and Damask rose, in batches small enough to keep that detail intact.
The result is a Diwali chocolate with range — three distinct flavours to move between over an evening, rather than one note repeated twenty times.
