The Craft
Handmade Christmas Chocolates
Every bonbon is shaped, filled, and hand-finished in our Dubai atelier by chocolatier Aleksandr Nenoglyadov. We work with single-origin cacao, premium Belgian couverture, real saffron, and Damask rose — ingredients that reward the extra hours spent tempering, piping, and polishing each shell.
Our handmade Christmas chocolates are built in layers, so a single piece opens with fruit, turns to spice, and finishes long and dark. You also will enjoy the shine you can see your reflection in.
Wild Berry & Saffron
Rich berry compote meets white chocolate, lifted with Arabian saffron and a hint of cardamom.
Dark Cacao & Coffee
An intense single-origin ganache with subtle smoky notes, inspired by Arabian coffee.

We recommend it. Production is limited by what can be finished by hand each week, so reserve by mid-December for a delivery date before Christmas. Larger festive orders and branded corporate gifts need at least 14 days, or 30 days when custom packaging is involved.
